Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity

Browsing history, search history, and information regarding your interaction with our Platform, advertisements, or communications.

When you initiate a parking session by scanning a QR code or NFC tag at one of our facilities, your device automatically transmits technical information to our systems, including: device type and model, operating system and version, browser or app version, mobile network carrier, and the date, time, and general location of the scan. 2. Purposes for Which We User Your Personal Information

We use the personal information we collect for the following business purposes:

  • To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us, including processing and managing parking reservations and scan-initiated parking sessions.

  • To comply with a legal obligation, court order, or other lawful process.
  • To send you marketing communications about our products and services, where you have provided consent or where permitted by applicable law. You may opt out at any time.

3. Sources of Personal Information

We collect your personal information from the following sources:

Directly from You

When you complete a web form, register an account, make a reservation, contact customer support, or otherwise communicate with us.

From Your Device at the Point of Scan

When you scan a QR code or NFC tag at one of our facilities to initiate a scan-to-park or scan-to-pay session, your device automatically transmits device and session data to our systems as described in Section 1. Automatically Through the Platform

As you navigate through our Platform, we use tracking technologies such as browser cookies, web beacons, and server log files to collect information about your device, IP address, and browsing actions. See Section 5 for more detail.

From Parking Facility Systems

When you use a parking facility managed or serviced by us, our on-site systems — including ALPR cameras and access control equipment — may collect vehicle and transaction data. See Section 6 for more detail.

From Service Providers

We may engage third-party service providers who collect information on our behalf that is necessary for our business operations, such as payment processors and analytics providers.

We may disclose your personal information to the following categories of third parties for the business purposes described:

These parties are contractually prohibited from using your personal information for any purpose other than providing services to us.

Governmental Entities and Law Enforcement

To comply with applicable law, respond to a valid subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of our business, our customers, and the public.

Business Successors

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their independent commercial marketing purposes.
